Removed background from beer photo. Fixed the card tray as per issue #1. Now it is at 1:1 scale in the manual. Updated the readme.

Card tray too small
The issue has been found. The issue was a line outside of the intended boundaries of the SVG for the card tray plan. Deleting this made the plan insert in to the manual at 100%.

V1 of the manual is completed, and the PDF generated. Will do a review of it with a fresh head. Then time for actually making the trays!
