Removed background from beer photo. Fixed the card tray as per issue #1. Now it is at 1:1 scale in the manual. Updated the readme.

V1 of the manual is completed, and the PDF generated. Will do a review of it with a fresh head. Then time for actually making the trays!

Created all images required. Most of the instruction manual is written. Just a few plans left to arrange the parts for, then insert in the manual.
